Large nice room in my house surrounded by forest, in Munkedal, is available for rent to a girl/woman who enjoys the tranquility of the countryside, gardening, possibly outdoor activities, and yet having close access to shops and services. Best for one person, possible for two. The room has a sofa, TV, and fireplace in one part, and bed, wardrobe, etc., in the other. Access to the terrace. Own toilet. Access to kitchen, shower, and laundry room in the basement. Large lovely garden with great cultivation possibilities. The location is perfect for you who want peace and quiet in the countryside, with the forest around the corner and the sea very close. Bohusleden and canoe center a few hundred meters behind the house. Swimming in both fresh and saltwater about 10 minutes by car. Beautiful Bohuslän archipelago with Lysekil, Fjällbacka, Smögen, etc., 30-40 minutes. 20 minutes to Torp shopping center outside Uddevalla. You should have a car, the nearest bus stop is 1 km away and the buses there don't run that often. You will most often have the house to yourself — preferably together with the cat Maja 😻— but sometimes I am home 👩🏻‍🦰 and sometimes my daughter Frida 👱‍♀️. I work at Grebbestad folk high school and live nearby most of the time. Frida lives and studies in Gothenburg and is home some weekends. Also, we have the dog Hjördis who comes with us when we're there. 🐶 Move-in preferably soon, by agreement. Rent can be discussed depending on whether you also want to take care of the garden, house, and cat. References requested.
