We and our families want to enjoy our childhood home and the lovely surroundings ourselves over the summer. But we are happy to lend it to others when we are not there. Everything needed for immediate move-in is available. The minimum rental period for the base rent of 7900 SEK is 3 months. Cost for electricity/heating is added for rental periods longer than 2 weeks. It can preferably be rented for shorter periods, then at daily or weekly cost. It is a jointly owned childhood home that none of the owners live in permanently. Therefore, a floor in the brick villa on the entrance floor is rented furnished until the summer when the owners themselves stay there with their families. The upper floor and several basement areas are locked for the owners' belongings and are not included. Access to the laundry room in the basement is only available for longer rental periods. For longer rental periods, preferably someone handy who can manage small household tasks independently such as changing light bulbs, mowing the lawn, snow shoveling, and fixing simpler things that one might expect to handle in a normal home for one's convenience and comfort is sought. Suitable for couples or small families with a maximum of 2 children. Pets are okay. Cost for heating with a new, energy-efficient air-water heat pump and household electricity is added on top of the base rent. Electricity and heating costs depend on the season and how much electricity is consumed. It can vary between 2-4000 SEK. You sign your own home insurance covering personal belongings. There is no fiber/internet, so you have to have mobile internet yourself. Cost for waste, water/sewage, and sludge emptying is included. Credit and reference check are applied.
