The distance between the room and the entrance to the main house is about 2 meters and there is a glass-covered walkway in between, so you don't have to go out in the rain or snow. 😉 You also have access to the garden with berry bushes and fruit trees, a large patio with a grill and a lovely pool area facing south with a heated pool (May-September). The shared spaces are shared with me and my 11-year-old daughter, and two small, very social dogs. So it is an advantage if you like animals and children. The home is located in a quiet residential area called Paradiset. 500 meters to the bus stop, 500 meters to Alice Lund High School, 1 km to the shopping mall and about 2 km to the city center and the university.
