Winterized summer house for rent! We are looking for tenants for our lovely summer house on Gruvvägen 53 in Herräng, which unfortunately is used far too seldom. We have owned the house since 2006 and have not rented it out before, but now we feel that it's time. The property consists of the main house with 2 bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with a flush toilet (no washing machine but can be installed for long-term rental), a complete kitchen (no dishwasher but can be installed for long-term rental), a large living room with dining area and fireplace, as well as a covered veranda. Additionally, there is a guesthouse with a double bed and bunk beds. The property has another large veranda with a large sauna and grill. There's also plenty of firewood available for burning. Large parking area with space for many cars. For those who want to rent long-term, there is of course a lawnmower and similar equipment available.
