Renting out my 3-room apartment to the right tenant. Preferably 1 adult with up to 2 children or 2 adults with up to one child. Large, fresh, and bright with built-in Ballinslöv wardrobes in the bedroom and hallway, and Ballingslöv kitchen where both wardrobes and kitchen cabinets have soft close. Large glazed balcony facing nature and water. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, stove, coffee maker, etc. The bathroom has underfloor heating, washing machine, and dryer. The entire apartment was painted in 2022, including ceilings and woodwork. New continuous flooring was laid in 2022. Pet and smoke-free. Internet is included in the rent. The building has two elevators (one large and one smaller), both leading down to the basement level with a laundry room. Bicycle racks are available outside the residence. Cycle to the city in about 30 minutes, or take your bike on the SL boat into the city. Paid parking outside the residence. The building is directly connected to a playground with a football field, outdoor gym, barbecue areas, and 3 minutes to walking paths along the water. 5 minutes to ICA Kvantum, Nordic Wellness, Lidingöbanan (8 minutes to Ropsten and 15 minutes to the City), and a bus stop outside the property with buses to Ropsten (20 minutes). 10-minute walk along the water to Dalénum where SATS and an SL boat are available to Frihamnen, Nacka, Djurgården, and Strandvägen. Despite being a high-rise area, it is a quiet area with families and retirees. Walking distance to the swimming hall and sports hall, as well as a new state-of-the-art swimming pool opening in 2025. Lived in the city center for many years before moving to Lidingö and prefer living in natural areas with lots of outdoor opportunities. The apartment has barely been used since the renovation as I live with my partner 10 months a year.
