Myntavägen, Bjärred

Room to let ahead of the start of term for a flatmate in Bjärred, 12 km from Lund and by the sea, with good bus links to Lund. It takes 27 minutes to travel from Lund city centre to the door by direct bus, to a peaceful and spacious environment with good study facilities. It is a very nice house of 124 m2 built in 2003, renovated in 2014 and 2018, fully equipped for studies and with a beautiful garden oasis. The room I am letting out is 10 m2 and furnished, equipped with a comfortable Hästens frame bed, desk, and desk chair, Pax wardrobe, chest of drawers in the room. There are two bathrooms with either shower or bathtub. Shared areas include one of the two bathrooms, common room, kitchen, living room, dining room, and utility room. The rent is 3,850 SEK per month for students and 4,250 SEK for non-students (or students with part-time work), as well as 11 months/year if you are a student. The rent includes electricity, water, broadband 100/100, (larger) Google TV, window cleaning, and 8-compartment recycling, and we also share the responsibility for cleaning the house. Gardening is welcome, with rent reduction as a reward. Smoke-free, drug-free, and pet-free is a requirement, as well as moderate alcohol consumption. 150 m to bus stop and 300 m to Bjärred center, 1.5 km to the sea and Långa Bryggan with restaurant, sauna, and cold bath. References can be arranged from previous tenants. I'm looking for someone who is both responsible and easy-going, self-sufficient, and who takes responsibility, both for the house and for helping create a calm and good study environment in the house. I am a former civil engineer who is now a qualified priest and who has shared accommodation and easygoing companionship during my studies. I will continue with that a while longer and look forward to getting to know new tenants.
