Our villa is located in a quiet area with a daycare, preschool, and primary school within 100 meters. The tenant has access to the entire apartment on the upper floor. The apartment has its own entrance. The living room has 6 seats with TV (Allente and Netflix). Wi-fi throughout the apartment (250 / 250). Two large bedrooms with 2 single beds in each bedroom. Baby cot and high chair available. In one of the large bedrooms there is an additional TV (Allente and Netflix). Third bedroom has a bunk bed. Number of sleeping places 6 to 7. Fresh and spacious bathroom with shower and toilet. Fully equipped kitchen with dining table and 6 - 7 seats. In the basement there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The house has recently got solar panels on the roof in east-south-west position with 96% solar input. Electricity, water, and municipal fees are included in the rent. Costs for Wi-fi (kr. 480.- per month) and Allente (kr. 1210.- per month) are shared between the owner and the tenant (50% each). COOP / Konsum grocery store is 300 meters away. A walk to Sunnemo Glasscafé takes 5 minutes. Bus (Värmlands trafik, line 307) 3 times a day to and from Hagfors, via Lids bron, with connection to bus 300 to Karlstad. Close to Lid lake / Gräs lake, which is linked with Rådasjön. Nice beaches and very good fish stocks (including zander).
