Charming, well-planned and lovely apartment of about 35 m² at our villa for rent. The apartment has its own entrance, water-borne underfloor heating, parking, terrace, and lawn. A layout that is airy and practical. We can proudly say that we have managed to create the feeling that we initially had as a vision, greeted by a mix of rustic and modern feel. It is located in Tullinge, a quiet and lovely area near forest and water, and close to Södertörn University, KTH, and Karolinska Institute (about a 25-minute walk). Very good communication with both bus and train. It takes about 18 minutes to the city by train. The bus goes almost in front of the house to the train station, but you can take a walk of about 10 minutes. If you wish to have it furnished, we can arrange that.
