The house has a living area of approximately 140 m² and is divided as follows: Ground floor On the ground floor there is a very spacious kitchen, fully equipped with microwave, stove with glass-ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender, kettle, and various small appliances. The large dining table in the kitchen invites pleasant meals and social gatherings. The living room is furnished with two sofas (2- and 3-seater) and an armchair, coffee table, a 42-inch TV with German TV channels, Blu-ray player, and stereo system. (Channel digital is arranged separately) Additionally, there are two bedrooms here – one with a double bed (140x200 cm) and one with a single bed (100x200 cm). The bedroom with the single bed has its own entrance to a smaller bathroom with shower and toilet. Both rooms have large built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage space for luggage. On the ground floor, there is also a slightly larger bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a cloakroom. From the cloakroom, you can directly access the garage. Upper floor On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms – one with two single beds (90x200 cm) and the other with a double bed (160x200 cm). Both bedrooms share a large walk-in closet that is accessible from the hallway. Next to it is a toilet with a sink. Outdoor area The plot is 400 m² and is located in a residential area. In front of the house, there is a small lawn and behind the house, a garden with a lawn area and the wood-fired outdoor sauna. A veranda with outdoor furniture completes the whole. Parking opportunities for two to three cars are available in front of the house. Another parking space is available in the garage, which can be accessed directly from the residential area. Only 200 meters from Villa Elsy, there is a small playground with swings and seesaws. Up to two dogs are warmly welcome at Villa Elsy! Wi-Fi is available and included in the rent. Non-smoking house. Location Villa Elsy is located in a residential area in Vidsel, 5 km from Storforsen – Sweden's largest rapids – and 35 km from Älvsbyn. In Vidsel, there is a small grocery store, a fast-food stand (pizza/kebab), and a fuel station.
