Villa Tall – Spacious home near Storforsen Welcome to Villa Tall, a cozy and spacious villa (townhouse) just 5 km from Storforsen, Sweden's largest rapids. Here you can live comfortably with your own sauna, garden, and veranda – perfect for relaxing days all year round. The house was built in 1955 and is fully furnished with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Accommodation and Equipment The villa offers approximately 140 m² of living space, spread over two floors: Ground Floor On the ground floor, there is a large and well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, stove with a glass-ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle. The spacious dining table invites enjoyable meals together. The living room is bright and comfortable with a large corner sofa (pull-out sofa bed for two people), coffee table, and a 49-inch flat-screen TV with German channels, Blu-ray player, and stereo. There are also two bedrooms here: - One with a double bed (160x200 cm) - One with a single bed (90x200 cm) and its own toilet. Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes with plenty of storage. Additionally, there is a larger bathroom with a shower and WC (renovated in 2021) as well as a private sauna on the floor. Upper Floor On the upper floor, there are two additional bedrooms: - One with two single beds (90x200 cm) and wardrobe. - One with a double bed (160x200 cm). Bathroom with shower and WC (renovated in 2016). Outdoor Environment The 475 m² plot is located in a quiet residential area. In front of the house is a small lawn, and at the back, an enclosed garden with a grassy area – perfect for both children and pets. On the veranda, there is outdoor furniture where you can enjoy summer evenings and fresh air. There is parking available for 2 cars in front of the house and additional space in the garage, which is directly accessible from inside the residence. Just 200 meters from Villa Tall, there is a small playground with swings and seesaws. Smoke-free house. Location Villa Tall is located in Vidsel, only 5 km from Storforsen – one of Sweden's most impressive natural phenomena. In Vidsel, there is a small grocery store, a kiosk (pizza/kebab), an automatic station, and a German-speaking hairdresser. About 35 km away is the charming town of Älvsbyn, where you will find everything you need: shops, two supermarkets, a café, and several restaurants.
