Family-friendly and quiet area with walking distance to, among other things, grocery store, health center, school/preschool and good bus connections to Växjö which is about 30 km away from Braås. In the apartment there is, among other things, a washing machine with dryer and dishwasher. Internet/fiber network is also offered for an additional cost. What we wish from you who are interested in renting from us is: That you have a regular income every month. Monthly rent: 8500:-. Heating, water and waste collection are included in the rent. Any earlier move-in can be done by agreement.
