I’m renting out two furnished rooms in my 4 room apartment of 89 sqm in Lugnet. 5 min to Triangeln, 2 min to Stadshuset and 30 seconds to Gågatan with buses that go all around Malmö. The rent is SEK 6500 per room with electricity, wifi and heating included. 1 month deposit. Move in is possible June 1st. Smokers and pets are welcome! The common areas such as the kitchen and toilets are shared. There are two toilets in the apartment and a bathtub, as well as a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a dishwasher and microwave. The balcony is on the south side with sun most of the day. Room 1 is equipped with a bed 120x200cm with a reading lamp. A 32 inch TV mounted on the wall in front of the bed, then a smaller wardrobe, dresser and shelf. Room 2 is equipped with a bed of 120x200cm, a bigger closet, a 48 inch TV mounted in front of the bed, cosmetics table with a big mirror and two shelves. Both rooms are about 13 sqm in size, with tempur mattresses on the beds.
