The kitchen and bathroom have been renovated and updated to modern standards in 2018 and 2024, respectively. There is a wood-burning stove where fires can be made and enjoyed in the living room. The upper floor of about 25 sqm has a bedroom with two 90 cm wide beds that have been combined to function as a double bed, and a smaller room next to it that can be used as both an office and a bedroom with a 90 cm wide bed. The entrance floor of about 50 sqm has a kitchen and living room as well as a bedroom with a 90 cm wide bed. The ground floor of about 50 sqm, with a possible separate entrance, has two bedrooms with a 140 cm and 90 cm wide bed respectively, a living room, bathroom, and laundry/storage room. The furnishing with the number of beds in each room is flexible and can be adapted to the tenant's needs. The villa is located in the cozy area of Vendelsö, which is known for its beautiful green areas and proximity to nature. In the surrounding area, you will find pleasant walking paths, a lake with swimming spots, and Tyresta National Park, which is perfect for excursions and nature experiences, or Vendelsömalmen nature area, a popular place for everything from jogging to Sunday walks. With proximity to both water and greenery, you can easily relax in a peaceful environment. The nearest bus is only a 3-minute walk from the villa and goes to Vega station where commuter trains are available to the city. A 15-minute walk from the villa is the local center Sågen with a grocery store, pizzeria, and many bus lines to choose from. From here, buses often go to Gullmarsplan in about 20 minutes, and during peak hours, you can take a direct bus to the central station in the city in about half an hour.
