In a quiet area, a well-maintained upstairs of a house is available for rent, furnished or unfurnished, indefinitely. The downstairs of the house has a garage and a sauna which are not included in the rent. Sauna use once a week is €30, which includes the use of the washing machine. Central heating, and there is also a wood stove in the kitchen. In addition to the rent, electricity (according to your own meter) and used firewood must be paid separately.
