The room is not rented out full-time, not even for shorter periods, but you have another residence and another official address.) * Rent is set based on how much the room will be used! * The apartment is shared with a female researcher at Lund University who lives here alone. I am used to sharing a residence! It usually works smoothly if you show each other consideration and respect! * Furnished room with a bed (140 cm wide) with bedside table, desk with chair and work lighting, armchair with reading lamp, storage cabinet. Bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. * The bedrooms are located in different parts of the apartment. * Unusually quiet for being in the center! The guest room has a view of the courtyard. * Rented to one person (non-negotiable), non-smoker, no pets. * Of course, it is allowed/legal for me to rent out rooms, and I have done it for many years to different people. Please write: 1) where you live, 2) if you are going to work/study in Lund, and preferably with what, 3) how you will commute and if, for example, you are in Lund during weekdays but not weekends.
