The apartment is located in a quiet area with very good communications and close to beautiful nature. *Room furnished with a 120 cm bed, desk, bookshelf and spacious wardrobes. *You have your own entrance and toilet, access to shared kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. *Electricity and wifi are included in the rent. *8 minutes' walk to the blue metro line Hallonbergen or Näckrosen. 12 minutes to T-Centralen. *10 minutes by bus or bike to Sundbyberg C. *10 minutes by bus or bike to Ulriksdal commuter station towards Märsta/Arlanda/Uppsala. *15 minutes walk by the beach to Mall of Scandinavia and Friends Arena. *Bus 506 to Karolinska Hospital runs 200 meters from the door. *Less than 100 meters to Råstasjön with jogging tracks and bird sanctuary. I have children, an 11-year-old girl. She is with me on weekends and sometimes on weekdays. She is not comfortable with men in the house. Therefore, I only take female tenants.
