Klubbacken, Hägersten

I am renting out a room in my apartment from January to June/July 2027 to a person as a lodger. Of course, you have access to all amenities (kitchen, laundry room, ...) so that you feel comfortable and it feels like a home to you. If everything goes well, it can possibly be extended to October. The apartment is located in Axelsberg, a 7-minute walk from the subway station. The entire apartment is 80 sqm on 2 floors and has 2 balconies with a very nice view of Mälaren. The rent includes electricity, heating, and broadband. When I am there, I will stay upstairs so you have plenty of space for yourself. Mostly you will have the apartment to yourself as I am abroad due to work and visiting my girlfriend who lives in Luxembourg. A bit about me: I am originally from Switzerland and work as an engineering consultant, do a lot of swimming and sailing in the summer. I also like to take short trips within Sweden, play a little guitar, and go to concerts with friends. Just get in touch if you have any questions!
