The yard has berry bushes where you can collect an agreed amount of berries for yourself without an extra charge. You can also create your own vegetable garden and plant potatoes, onions, etc., if you wish. This place is suitable for a resident who values peace and proximity to nature, enjoys the countryside, and appreciates their own space as well as a gentle pace of life. This is a simple and down-to-earth arrangement where everyone carries their part and in return receives space, peace, and the opportunity to live differently.
