Hello, I want to rent out a room in my apartment, the requirements are you must be responsible, clean, and orderly. The rent includes hygiene, kitchen equipment, internet, and electricity. Right now there are 2 of us living here, the apartment is a commuter apartment, and we are often away from home. The person should be orderly, keep clean up after themselves, and contribute to a pleasant living environment. I appreciate a tenant who has a calm lifestyle and doesn't have many or recurring visitors. Occasional visits are of course okay, but the apartment is not suitable for parties or frequently returning guests.
