Hello! Do you need a safe and calm overnight accommodation in Stockholm a few days a week? Now there is an opportunity to stay in my apartment in Bagarmossen during periods when I work elsewhere. Availability Up to three consecutive weekdays a week by agreement and with some flexibility on holidays/leaves. About the accommodation The apartment is a bright and spacious three-room apartment of 79 sqm, located on the second floor right next to Nackareservatet. Perfect if you appreciate calm, greenery, and proximity to nature. At the same time, it's only about a five-minute walk to the subway and Bagarmossen center. It is in very good condition and consists of: • a large living room • a bedroom • a study • a spacious kitchen • a bathroom with shower, bathtub, and toilet • an extra separate toilet You have the entire apartment to yourself during the days you are here. Sleeping arrangements The idea is that you use an air mattress available on-site. However, I am open to other solutions as long as they are easy to put away and move. Rent 4,350 SEK per month, including electricity, heating, and broadband. Who I am looking for You are particularly suitable if you: • commute weekly or need recurring accommodation in Stockholm during parts of the week • are calm, orderly, and reliable • have a stable economy and keep agreements • want accommodation where you can come and go smoothly without having to take responsibility for extra practical arrangements, administrative hassle, furnishing solutions, or shared accommodation • can bring most of what you need during the week's stay and leave the apartment in the same condition when you leave • do not bring pets The apartment is especially suitable for you who want a quiet, secluded, and safe accommodation in Stockholm parts of the week. This applies • You have the apartment to yourself during the stay. • Storage: As the arrangement is for shorter weekly stays, you are expected to take most of your belongings home when you leave, but simpler items that are not bulky and easy to put away are no problem. • Move-in: immediately or by agreement.
