Weekly commuters in need of accommodation sought for a furnished 2-room apartment in Hagalund! Incredibly nice apartment with high ceilings and windows in three directions. Dishwasher, washing machine, simple walk-in closet, small storage room, balcony with fantastic view during the summer months. You can walk to Kupolen, the University, and the center in 5 minutes. Several cafés a stone's throw away. Plenty of free parking in the vicinity. The apartment is for sale. The sale will likely take time due to various reasons. If it gets sold, I will try to arrange the move-in to suit you. But because of this, you need to be meticulous, clean often, and have only a few things with you that can easily be stored in a closet and be helpful during potential viewings. I will be there occasionally to take care of things, but on days when you are not using the apartment. You must be approved by the board to rent, which means you must be able to show a steady income from work and a clean criminal record. I gratefully accept references from previous landlords as well.
