The property is available for rent, although a few items and a couple of small things are still unfinished. Next fall, the heating system will change from oil (no need to purchase) to geothermal. Due to these changes, the rent is temporarily lower than normal. Rantaperkiö is a short distance south of the center of Tampere. You can reach practically anywhere in the center by bicycle in 15 minutes. The tram construction site currently complicates traveling by car. The house is a 2.5-story detached house built after the war, when the area was zoned for development. The builder was a construction master. The house has a wooden frame, plastered over a brick cladding. The metal roof has solar panels. There are solar thermal collectors on top of the outdoor garage (not yet for rent). It is possible to heat the swimming pool with this in the summer. The swimming pool is for summer use only, a 4m above-ground insulated pool, more for playing than swimming. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, a hallway room (used as a children's room), a toilet, and a stair landing. Downstairs there are stairs, an entrance hall, a kitchen, a toilet, a large living room, and a study (can also be used as a bedroom). The basement has storage space, a boiler room, a garage, and a sauna area (dressing room/laundry room, washroom, sauna). The rent includes the main house, garden shed (tools), treehouse with swings, and if needed, also a (temporary) tarp garage. The outdoor garage is still full and not rented for the time being. Internet (fiber) is included in the rent. The nearest store is 200m away, and there are kindergartens and schools within a radius of less than 1km. The beach and boat places are 300m away.
