Farmhouse with large outdoor area and garage space! Large farmhouse with a lot of outdoor area and garage space available for rent! The house is located at Steinseth Farm in Guddal, Fjaler municipality. The farm is not in operation and the place is now used as a holiday destination by the family in summer and during the hunting season in autumn. Unfortunately, the main house is underused and we now want to try to rent it out to someone who wants to live in fantastic surroundings with plenty of space. We are preferably looking for a person/persons who want long-term rental, but we are open to shorter periods as well! The house has been inhabited to date and is therefore rented out furnished or partially furnished as needed, this can be agreed upon with the relevant person/people. The house is rented out with a large farmyard with garage space, carport, grill house, and more. The mountain areas offer many great hiking experiences and fishing opportunities! Separate electricity subscription and TV/internet subscription must be established. Pets that are allowed are dogs and cats, but must be agreed upon before the start of the rental relationship.
