An unfurnished or partially furnished room in a large 3-room apartment is available for rent to a female tenant. About the apartment: The apartment is located by the Mobilia shopping center, in a quiet area with good bus connections and close to most things, whether you walk, cycle or use public transportation. It is spacious, bright, and cozy with a lovely enclosed balcony facing the courtyard. Pleasant and clean residential area. The apartment is renovated, some work was done in the summer of 2023, a new kitchen will be installed in February 2025. Note: There is a small dog in the home, but it doesn’t shed hair and is incredibly kind and calm. Your room: It is not furnished, so you have the freedom to decorate it according to your preferences. If you wish, I can furnish it with a desk, an armchair, and a nightstand. As for storage, there is a built-in wardrobe in the room. Hanging pictures/drilling into the walls is not allowed. The room is bright and large enough for both a bed/sofa bed, a desk, and anything else you need. Blackout curtains are already in place. You and I will share the bathroom and the kitchen. I don’t cook often, at most once a week if even that. Otherwise, there are communal laundries in the basement with self-dosing machines, so you don’t need to buy detergent. There is an elevator, and a paid parking space can be arranged if needed; otherwise, parking with a disk is allowed for 2 hours. Electricity and internet are included in the rent.
