I am renting out my one-bedroom apartment on Korsgatan in Munksjöstaden in Jönköping. The apartment is on the fifth floor and I am renting out the apartment furnished. The apartment is in top condition, very fresh and has a prime location, very close to the University of Jönköping. There is both a dishwasher and a combination washing machine in the apartment. The rent includes heating, water, electricity and internet. The rent is 12,500 SEK/month. It is possible to move in immediately or upon agreement. A deposit of 1 month's rent applies. The apartment is only rented out to people who do not smoke or have pets. No partying is allowed in the apartment.
