You rent your own bedroom of about 10 sqm with shared spaces (in a villa) such as two bathrooms with showers, a large kitchen, and a separate living room with a balcony. The total area of the villa is 160 sqm. Currently, there are also three calm people (a girl and two guys) who have lived here for a long time. The villa is located near Barkarby station with proximity to grocery stores and public transportation, etc. The rent of 7,000 SEK/month includes heating, water, internet, and cleaning of common areas. Parking is available for an additional 500 SEK/month. We are looking for a calm and non-smoking person.
