Fully furnished apartment suitable for a student, researcher, or other temporary engagement of about 3 months. Apartment with 1.5 rooms and kitchen rented out privately (private contract) for 11,000 SEK plus a deposit of 5,000 SEK. Electricity, water, gas, and heating as well as full insurance are included. For legal reasons, the residence is rented as "1 room" and the tenant is classified as a lodger. Contract for a maximum of 4 months with the possibility of extension. The tenant cannot register or register with the Tax Agency at the address but can use c/o. No service fee = private contract. Landlord collects mail approximately every 14 days. Possibility to extend the contract exists.
