About the residence Hello! I am renting out a room starting January 15th for an indefinite period (long-term rental). It is a furnished room located right next to the center with the bus station and grocery store. By bus, it takes about eight minutes to get to Södermalm and about 20 minutes if you walk. You also have the Sickla shopping center nearby, and it takes about 10-15 minutes on foot. You are renting a furnished room (bed, table, mirror, and bookshelf) but have access to a shower room, kitchen, and closet. There is a laundry room about 200 meters from the residence. Internet and electricity are included in the rent. A parking space is available for rent if you wish. I am an organized 65-year-old man. I am a positive and happy person who easily connects with others and makes new friends. The requirement is no payment remarks and that you have a job or study, and are smoke and pet-free.
