Börje-Gränby, Uppsala

Two rooms in a house with a yard in Börje. One room has a single bed and clothing storage. The other room has a single bed and a sofa with a TV. These two rooms can be rented by a single person or 2 student friends or similar. Near the city, 7 km, yet rural. Two rooms on the ground floor are rented out with access to a shared kitchen and laundry room as well as shower room/toilet and living room on the ground floor. No access to the upstairs where my son lives. On the yard, there is a wood-fired sauna and a chicken coop with fresh eggs every morning. There is space for a car in the parking lot, the bus here is 106 and runs rarely. A bit further away there is another stop near Ulva mill, where the buses run more frequently. The house is located next to a sports field with fitness track/cross-country skiing and football pitches, tennis court, etc.
