The accommodation The townhouse has 3 floors (We have two townhouses next to each other so feel free to look at both ads if needed.) The houses are clean and functional. The interior is not luxurious but rather simple and stylish for practical reasons to accommodate larger groups. The standard is good. Top floor On the top floor, there are 3 bedrooms and a fresh bathroom that has been recently renovated. There are two beds per bedroom on this floor, i.e., a total of 6. Partly renovated as new floors were laid on the whole floor in April 2022. Middle floor On the middle floor, you find the entrance, toilet, dining room, living room with TV, and open kitchen that creates good opportunities for socialization. The sofa is large, comfortable, and inviting. On the entrance level, there is also a smaller plot with seating and the possibility to easily go out and smoke. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. Plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, etc., are available for 12 people. Lower floor On the lower floor, you find two larger bedrooms with three beds each, per room, i.e., a total of 6 beds. One room lacks a window. On the lower floor, there is also access to the backyard with a barbecue area, via one room. Here is also a fresh and recently renovated bathroom with toilet as well as a washing machine and dryer. All beds are made with fresh linens and towels are included for each guest.
