Hi! This is a shared apartment. You'll be sharing common areas (kitchen, bathroom) with two others. Currently we are an English teacher and a biology student living here, but this tends to change every once in a while ;) Me and my girlfriend are going away to Norway over the summer. That's why our room will be available. The room is available for short term only, until the end of August. Some of our stuff will be left in the room, especially plants, which need some watering now and then. Everyone who lives here is really nice and thoughtful. It's very clean. The apartment has been used as an Airbnb for which we have received good ratings. It's also walking distance to downtown and the neighborhood is extremely nice (100m to the river, 100m to a villa area, 10min to city library). The rent is so cheap because some of our stuff is in the room. The listing looks a bit different now as we've changed the furniture quite a bit but it's the same room. Strictly no smokers and we only allow one person to rent the room, although you may have visitors during your stay of course. The most important criterion for us is that we can trust you with our room while we are away.
