The guest has their own entrance to their part of the apartment. From there, there is a door to a large hall where the shared kitchen and bathroom are located. The guest room is 17 sqm, almost square, and has both a bed and a sofa bed that is comfortable to sleep in. There is also a desk for those who want to work from home, a dresser, and a tall cabinet with good storage options. In the hall, there is a wardrobe for things like jackets and shoes. My previous tenant was very comfortable, and we got along well when we met. You have a lot of privacy here, as you can stay in your part as much as you wish without having to pass by and chat with me...if you don't want to, of course. Internet and electricity are included in the rent. Right outside, there are several trams and buses that take you into the city in about 7 minutes. The residence is within walking distance to Volvo in both Lundby and Lindholmen, but also to a large shopping area and a variety of restaurants. We have lovely green areas and walking paths around the residence and friendly neighbors, with a courtyard where we grill and socialize sometimes.
