Hello, I will rent a 10.57m sq room in my 3-room apartment. The apartment is located in Linero and close to the Supermarket, Vårdcentral(health center), Pharmacy, library, and open, quiet, and great walking places. The bus stop is 2 minutes away. The university is about 20 minutes away by cycle or bus. The mattress, beds, lamps, table, and curtains are relatively new. Your rooms have good storage spaces. The Kitchen and Bathroom will be shared. Multiple common washing rooms for reserve and use, at least twice a week. About myself and expectations: I'm a quiet, calm, orderly, tidy, responsible, and reasonable person, smoking and pet-free. I wish the same from those who want to rent I work in Lund and will be staying in the 3rd room. Electricity, fast internet, water, and heating are included in the rent. A one-month deposit is paid upon renting and refunded within 2 days after moving out, provided no damage has occurred, and the belongings in the house are returned in the same or better condition, the place is tidy, and in good condition.
