Our master bedroom with an attached bathroom, located on the ground floor of the house, will soon be vacant and we are therefore looking for a new tenant. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the bus stop and depending on traffic, about 10 min to Spånga Station (commuter train) and about 15 min to Brommaplan (subway) Since the villa is too big for me and my partner to live in ourselves and my partner has an apartment in the south, we have chosen to live there and work during the day at our office in the villa. We now have a generational shift ahead of us as our tenants who moved in 7 years ago have started acquiring their own homes. We, my partner Maria and I, now welcome new tenants to this calm and safe living with us.
