I am renting out a cozy room in my bright and spacious apartment in Skarpnäck, near the Nacka Reserve and Lake Flaten. About the accommodation • The room is about 15 sqm and you also have access to a shared kitchen, living room, bathroom, and a large balcony. • The apartment is a total of 80sqm with a lovely ceiling height, sloping ceilings, and skylights. • Quiet and peaceful location for a good night's sleep and work peace. • Move-in July/Aug. • I would prefer to rent out long-term. About us I am a psychologist, mother, and hippie at heart. I have long experience of living with others, both in collectives and in different constellations, and enjoy it. My almost four-year-old son also lives here – the best little guy in the world! ❤️ We live a calm but active life and have friends over for dinner once a week. Location and transportation The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway, with bus connections to Farsta, Kärrtorp, Gullmarsplan, and Tyresö right outside. Electricity and broadband are included in the rent.
