If you are going to study or work temporarily in Motala, rent an apartment in our Gårdshus in Varamobaden/Motala. You can rent either by semester if you study or for shorter periods. It is a fully equipped apartment of 30 sqm, one room + sleeping alcove, kitchen, shower, and toilet. Private terrace with barbecue facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and other kitchen appliances. Access to a washing machine and dryer is available by agreement. In the living room, there is a sofa bed (2 x 0.80 wide), coffee table, dining table, and TV+ Chromecast, and in the sleeping alcove, a bunk bed (1.20 + 0.90 wide). A total of 4 beds. Free Internet. 10 minutes by bike to the center. The residence is a stone's throw from the Nordic region's largest freshwater swim (Varamobaden), and the area has restaurants, tennis courts (indoor/outdoor), outdoor paddle courts, adventure golf course, lovely jogging and walking paths, etc. Smoking is not allowed in the residence, nor are pets. Lease period: By semester with the possibility of extension, or by agreement. Rent cost 7,900 SEK per month (including heating, electricity, and internet).
