I have the small room, and my son sleeps in the orange room directly to the right as you enter. The apartment is fully furnished, and everything is included in the price. Cleaning every other week is included. We have a large bathroom with a laundry room and a toilet that would be used only by you. The shower would be shared (shower in the evenings).
