The accommodation has a very good location - about 14 minutes from Gävle, 6 minutes from Skutskär, and only 1 minute from Stora Enso. The part of the property that is rented out consists of: Three bedrooms Fully equipped kitchen Lounge Living room with sofa bed Smart TV Dining area All bedrooms have their own toilets. Two of the bedrooms also have their own showers, and one of the rooms has a toilet as well as access to its own laundry room. The accommodation is therefore suitable for both shorter and longer stays and offers a more homely and personal environment than traditional hotel accommodation.
