Rental section with private entrance in Husby/Kista– move-in March 1! We are looking for a calm, orderly and independent woman for a fresh rental section close to the subway and buses. It has a private entrance so you won't share it with anyone else. There is not a full kitchen, but the possibility to heat food and prepare simple meals exists as the room is equipped with: Small fridge Microwave Portable induction hob Workbench Note that washing up is done in the toilet. The room has a wardrobe, a new floor and the toilet had its pipes replaced about 2 years ago. It is also furnished with a bed, dresser, table and two chairs. If you prefer it unfurnished, it can be arranged. Access to a laundry room located right next to the entrance. Electricity and broadband are included in the rent.
