At the entrance on the first floor, there is a wardrobe for work clothes or winter clothes and a short distance to the laundry room. Here is the entrance to a small apartment. On the first floor, there is also a large common room with a pool table, fireplace, and sofa, as well as a bedroom which sometimes functions as an office. On the second floor, you can really experience the great view. Here is a large veranda. There are 6 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with toilets, showers, and sinks. The rooms are distributed so that there are three bedrooms and a bathroom at each end of the house and an open solution with a common living room and kitchen in the middle. The common area (kitchen/living room) is a pleasant place with a kitchen island as a natural gathering point. The room invites socializing and relaxation. If needed, three of the bedrooms, a bathroom, and kitchen/living room can be separated as a separate apartment/unit. The kitchen has a counter with a tap, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and freezer. There is central locking and a separate key for each room. The house is heated with a heat pump on the 2nd floor, as well as panel heaters. In many rooms on the first floor and in the bathrooms on the 2nd floor there is underfloor heating. It's especially cozy to light up with wood from the farm in the fireplace in the living room on the 1st floor. The fireplace heats the whole house on the coldest days, and the farm provides the wood. On the south side of the house, there is a lawn and a stone-lined area with a grill-oven and a bench. The veranda is on the north end of the house, and under it is a dry place to park bikes and store wood. The dwarf goats on the farm have pasture behind the house, and at times have access to the turf roof where they help keep the vegetation down.
