Toltorpsgatan, Mölndal

Looking for a tenant for my nice 4-room apartment in Toltorpsdalen again. A quiet area with plenty of nature but still close to the center. Just outside is the bus stop that takes you to Chalmers, Linné, or Mölndal in a short time. The rent includes everything except parking, there are various options there. I am 32, work part-time in accounting, and enjoy music or hanging out with friends. The room you rent is at the top left on the drawing, but you of course have full access to the apartment.
