Hello Renting out our newly renovated three-room apartment. There are two balconies (one facing the courtyard and the other facing the Öresund Bridge) and two toilets (one with a shower and the other with a shower + bathtub). There is a large walk-in closet. There are two bedrooms. Very large living room. There is also a laundry room on the same floor (plus, of course, the laundry room in the basement like all other houses in Malmö).
