This apartment is centrally located on Gotlandsgatan near Nytorget in Södermalm in a well-organized housing cooperative. The room is rented furnished, preferably to a college student who I require peace and quiet for their studies. Gender does not matter. Access to internet and other facilities such as a desk and storage, etc. Access to a refrigerator and simple cooking facilities. The room is secluded in a three-room apartment. Ideally rented from the beginning of March 2026 to the 1st of August with mutual termination with a one month's notice. Bed linens can be provided by agreement. Also, a good desk with a lamp will be available. You will likely live alone in the apartment during the rental period as I will be abroad. Note that the bathroom and toilet are shared with residents. Calls will be answered in mid to late February 2026.
