Furnished room in a nice shared apartment in Kontula (Kotikonnuntie 2). The room has its own lockable door. Good metro connections to the city center, only a couple of minutes walk to the metro station. Preferably at least 6 months rental. Shorter leases possible with an additional charge of +50€/month. Please kindly note the up-to-date availability date of the room in the advertisement and contact if it suits you. The room is rented with the furniture visible in the pictures or similar. For long-term living, there is also the possibility to rent it empty. The kitchen includes, among other things, a microwave, coffee maker, and kettle for communal use. The apartment has a bathroom with a washing machine for residents' use, as well as a separate toilet. The rent includes water, electricity, internet connection, and home insurance (home insurance does not cover the tenant's belongings). Each tenant has their own personal lease agreement. A neat and reliable person who enjoys living in a shared apartment and keeps the common areas tidy is desired as a tenant. Roommates are nice and respectable working/studying young adults (currently 1 man and 3 women). The apartment is on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, credit information must be in order, and smoking is not allowed. As a security deposit, either a monetary deposit equivalent to 1 month's rent or a Qasa guarantee is required.
