Hello! I am looking for a tenant/lodger for my furnished apartment in central Malmö, as I work in Germany. The apartment is the upper floor of a villa from the late 1800s in Gamla Sofielund in Malmö. Walking distance to Möllevångstorget and the Triangeln train station, as well as the Södervärn bus station. The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood, but with proximity to the city center, shops, and nightlife. The apartment, about 100 square meters, has its own entrance from the yard, with a large hallway and an indoor staircase up to the apartment. The rent includes everything, including electricity, water, and waste management. Internet fee is extra. Since my two children and I need to stay in the apartment approx. one weekend a month, I am primarily looking for someone who: a) can imagine living together with us about one weekend a month. Otherwise, you will have the apartment all to yourself. Alternatively: b) mainly needs accommodation for work during the weeks Monday-Friday.
