Bensbyvägen, Luleå

Welcome to our villa by the sea. We do not rent out the house for longer periods. In June-August, there is an opportunity to rent for 2-3 months. Apart from that, we rent out weekly. The price varies depending on the season and the number of guests. We also rent out a smaller apartment where there is an opportunity to rent for longer periods, but not as a permanent residence. It is not allowed to register your address there. Enjoy the stunning nature, the sea, and take a walk on the ice under the Northern Lights, away from the city lights, take a warm sauna, or why not take a bath after the walk? 16 minutes by car to the city centre. Bus connections are available but limited, and having a car is recommended. Remember that you are renting our home, and we appreciate it if you leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived. ❤️ The house is rented at a weekly price which varies over the season. Do not hesitate to ask.
