Country kitchen with wood stove and open fireplace in the living room and a cozy tile stove in the library/bedroom. The apartment is bright with large south-facing windows and high ceilings. Shared garden with possibilities for gardening according to interest. The apartment is located on the scenic Kagghamra Estate dating back to the 14th century. There are cows and goats on the estate. There is a small playground under some old deciduous trees adjacent to the house. Just a few stones' throw below the house lies Kaggfjärden, which is part of the Baltic Sea, offering swimming and boat mooring as well as a shared wood-fired sauna. The apartment has fiber connection and central heating, with no extra cost for heating. 35 km south of Stockholm. Commuter trains are available in Tumba 20 minutes by car, bus 2 km from the house. The rent is 13850 SEK per month. There is a small office space in the house that can be rented additionally in case you run a business or work a lot from home. We are primarily looking for a family with children.
