Hello! I'm looking for a tenant, (preferably a weekly commuter), for my 66 sqm apartment. It is located in a safe area right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to almost everything. The style is from the turn of the century with high ceilings and stuccoes. The room for rent is quite large, about 20 sqm, and has 3 wardrobes. The following furniture is in the room (see pictures); - A 105cm wide bed from Kungsängen. It is adjustable for both back and legs using a motor with remote control. - A 90cm wide extra bed which is quite new and of good quality. - A simple white desk. - An office chair. - A bookshelf in two sections. - Two carpets. I have shared apartments for many years without any problems and have many references from satisfied tenants you can check with, for example, the latest one who stayed for 2 years. I am easy to live with, tidy, don't play loud music, am rarely in the kitchen and cook, so there won't be much clashes ;-) Write and tell me about yourself and if you have any questions. Some important points; - Tell me approximately how many weekends or other times you think you will be away during the rental period. No matter how well it works to share an apartment, I find it nice to live alone every now and then. One could say that the more weekends or other times you plan to be away, the greater the chance that I will rent to you. I myself usually go to Brazil for a couple of months in Jan-Feb. - So I only rent to ONE person, it doesn't matter if you're a girl or a guy. - You must be 100% smoke-free! - I love animals but don't have any myself due to my travels. It's not a problem if you have pets, as long as they don't destroy things of course. As long as the ad is still up, I haven't signed a contract with anyone yet.
