In an old charming turn-of-the-century villa in Arlöv, within cycling distance to SLU Alnarp and trains and buses to Malmö and Lund, lies this student residence. The villa is approximately 300 square meters divided over two floors where residents share a kitchen, bathroom, and living room on each floor. A number of rooms will become available for the upcoming term. The rooms are furnished, so there is no opportunity to bring your own furniture. In the garden, there is a patio with a grill and opportunities for private and shared gardening projects if desired. The rent includes broadband, basic TV offerings, waste management, heating, water, and electricity.
