Peaceful and quiet house. Shops, bus stop, beach, school, playground, 2 restaurants, and a pub within about a 300m radius. Pets allowed by agreement. The minimum duration for short-term rental is 1 month, during which the rent includes electricity (max 35€/month), water fee for 1 person, insurance, parking space, towels, linens, toilet paper, and various cleaning agents. It is also possible to rent long-term (without furniture ?) where the rent would be lower, but it would not include electricity, insurance, parking space, etc.
